Personal Statement
After a successful ten-year career as a clinical psychotherapist and director of clinical services at the F.L. Chamberlain School, I decided to shift gears into a career in residential real estate, and have found the client service aspect of the job to be the most enjoyable. Now with 11 years under my belt and over 200+ successful home transactions, I feel my success success has been based on building professional and confident relationships with all of my customers and clients. I navigate my clients through the home-buying and selling process making it a smooth, pleasant experience. I have built my business on the cornerstones of recognizing each clients unique desires, applying practical real estate knowledge to their needs and effectively communicating the stages of buying and selling. I treat every transaction as I would my own and look forward to helping you with your real estate needs.

Liz Walters joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Marblehead office in 2012, shortly after moving from Scituate where she was also an affiliated agent with Coldwell Banker. Because of this transition, she is able to provide a unique perspective on both the North Shore and South Shore real estate markets and communities. In 2022 she finished as the #1 agent in the Marblehead Coldwell Banker office for closed sales dollar volume. She also received the Coldwell Banker International President's Premier Award, placing in the top 1% for closed sales volume of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Walters is also known for her appearance on HGTV's "Hunting Vintage", "House Hunters Renovations", and "house Hunters" where she has been filmed helping her clients navigate through the home buying process. Walters supports numerous organizations including Eastern Yacht Club, The Marblehead Animal Shelter, Burke Mountain Academy, The Loomis Chaffee School (LCPA)
